Critical Response to Active Threat Environment – The El Cortez Hotel & Casino

• Builds and strengthens individual skills in Weapon Manipulation, Defensive Firearms Engagement, CQB, Response to Active Threat and Small Team Movement

Integration of complete duty/operational gear during all phases of training to add realism and increase training and operational efficiency as individual operators and team members

Course covers

• Full Duty/Operational Gear set up & Integration throughout the training
• Weapons Manipulation/Transition Training with Primary and Secondary Systems
• Close Range Engagement/Control of Combative Assailants
• Small Team Movements and Tactics (Crawl, Walk, Run)
• Recognizing and implementing proper response speeds, (Rapid Controlled Movement to threat, Slow deliberate clearing, and Secondary Clearing
• Close Quarter Battle Skills, Including Extreme Close Quarters Engagements
• Fundamentals of Structure Clearing
• Response and Movement to active threat (6-2-man team, down to Lone Officer)
• Basic and Advanced Room Clearing, Including connecting rooms, dead space and deep clears
• Situational Awareness during response
• Use of Ballistic Shield in CQB/Response to Active Threat and Secondary Clearing
• Basic Breaching Considerations (Tools & Techniques)
• Basic and Advanced Live Fire Skills

Space can only be reserved upon receipt of registration. Certificates will only be issued when full payment is received.

Registrants who withdraw at least fifteen (15) business days before the first day of class will receive a full refund. Registrants who withdraw less than fifteen (15) business days before the first day of class will receive a refund minus $250 per course per officer. Any refunds will be issued via check within 2- 3 weeks of cancellation. In any case of withdraw on the first day of class or no show, Controlled F.O.R.C.E.® can provide a full credit to our next scheduled class, but no refunds will be issued.
