M.A.C.H. Training Levels Explained

The M.A.C.H. System (Mechanical Advantage Control Holds) is the core of Controlled F.O.R.C.E.’s methodology. These techniques use body mechanics and joint manipulation to safely control and detain individuals without excessive force.
