A Physical Security Assessment is a comprehensive physical inspection and evaluation of the existing security program at your business or facility. Utilizing a formal, structured process, we obtain an understanding of your business, operating conditions, culture, and unique security risks and threats. We focus on identifying vulnerabilities that can be mitigated at the least, or totally corrected, and suggestions for security improvements are made. A detailed review of your current policies, procedures, and emergency action plans is also conducted.
This course teaches personnel how to control a non-compliant subject using body positioning, momentum, and joint manipulation. This is based on five Mechanical Advantage Holds™ (M.A.C.H.) that use a subject’s resistance against himself/herself. Each technique can be taught in minutes, saving valuable training time.
These tactics greatly reduce the risk of injury to your personnel as well as the subjects they encounter, ultimately reducing liability and worker compensation costs.

This course is designed to instill confidence in the participant by providing education on mindset, situational awareness, and physiological and psychological factors that occur both prior to and during a face-to-face encounter with an attacker. The participant will also learn to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, therefore enhancing their attitude and awareness, and becoming empowered to have the confidence to recognize and mitigate threats. The second portion of the course focuses on countermeasures against strikes and kicks, escaping from holds and grabs, ground escapes, and disengaging from the assailant.
At the completion of this course, participants will have gained the skills to react mentally, physically and emotionally to an attack as well as confidence and understanding of how human bodies react to threats and how to use those reactions to an advantage in a confrontation.
